Top Notch Dog Training LLC

We have a lab puppy that we took to top-notch training. After training we were having problems with him interacting with other dogs when we took him for a walk. We contacted Christine and she was able to correct the problem for us. I can’t say enough good about top notch and Christine. They are very attentive to your needs and are more than willing to help anyway they can. I can see why they called her kennel top notch.

Christina did a great job with Neo. Neo had bad habits before the training and was making life at our house difficult for everyone. He was obsessively counter surfing and mouthing and jumping on everyone. Neo is an Airedale Terrier and a tricky breed to work with, super smart and stubborn. Neo spent three weeks in the program with Christina and her staff. We now have the knowledge and ability to communicate with Neo on dos and don’ts. He is no longer counter surfing and the kids are able to enjoy petting their dog and spending time with him. There is more work to be done but we are thrilled with the progress Neo has made. Just wanted to say thank you! Theo is so much more chill and well-behaved. We had an expected relapse the first week he was back home, but he is quickly learning that the new rules still apply in the old environment. He’s done awesome on walks. He has not jumped on guests. He still will take some food off the counter when no one is looking, but we’re working it! I am just thankful that he and I both have the tools and understanding to effectively communicate with each other.

Christina is amazing with her knowledge of dog behavior. She truly wants every family to have the best experience and life with their dogs. Our terrier mix was a year old when we acquired her from someone needing to re-home her and she was and is a very nice dog but no manners. We did the 3 week board and train with Christina and we could not be happier. Certainly this commitment requires owners to continue to do the work, but Christina’s methods and knowledge really work and she is always willing to answer questions and offer solutions when needed. Would highly recommended and in fact have recommended Top Notch Dog Training to anyone wanting to help their dog be the best it can be.

If you’re looking for a professional dog trainer that’s also about educating you as a responsible dog owner, I highly recommend Top Notch. My husband made contact with them, but I met Christine for the first time on the day I dropped off our Nala, a 1 year old pit bull. I knew immediately our girl would be in great caring and educated hands. Nala is a loving pit because we love on her constantly, but she was rough around the edges and needed more discipline. She’s been home for less than a week and we notice a wonderful change in her! We have more training to do and I’m pleased that Top Notch will be there every step of the way! ❤️
