The place seemed like a good option when I was looking. However, I tried to give her my $2500 for the board and train program for over a month and managed to still not get it done. I worked to be patient and allow 48 hours after calling and texting (per her voicemail message), but never received the paperwork that was supposed to be emailed. I even stopped by the facility and talked with her one day to understand how everything works. I work to be the most patient and understanding person (probably to a fault most of the time) and I feel that well over a month with repeated calls and texts exemplifies that. Look, I fully understand life is generally hectic (I speak from experience), but my last attempt to get this resolved was eight days ago and still have not received paperwork or even a call/text response.

Really had a great experience here. They were professional, followed through, and helped us really enjoy our dog! He came back with a wealth of training, was easy to continue the progress, and has settled in to be the dog we wanted him to be when we got him. We would highly recommend this training for your pet. It gives you a method to work with your dog and help them succeed and you succeed as well. They trained us to continue the work and he was like a totally different dog coming home. Worth every penny to make your dog have manners, structure, and also the ability to succeed with your family and guests all the time.
