This place is awesome. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. My dog got his training there as well as he goes to play 2x a week.

I'm glad they have some good reviews but what a disappointment. I show up for my dog's assessment and some kids says "can I please have her vaccination papers?" as if I'm walking around with them. It's 2025. When I set the appointment, it doesn't matter if they call the vet or I do (I did) ... they need to follow up when they don't have the papers as the appointment draws near. no confirmation, no call, no follow up, equals wasted trip & plans. I coud have been following up, but that starts with the business... tort law 101. no assessment

As required by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture—and like all licensed boarding and daycare facilities—we must have up-to-date vaccination records on file prior to any service. These requirements, along with all necessary steps for Day School, Boarding, and other services, are clearly listed on our website to help our clients prepare in advance. We do our best to follow up with clients before appointments when records are missing, but ultimately, ensuring records are submitted ahead of time is a shared responsibility. Our team is always happy to assist with contacting veterinarians or answering questions leading up to an appointment, and we regret that this wasn’t a smoother process for you. We genuinely hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future. Please feel free to reach out directly if you’d like to reschedule or need help obtaining records.

We have had an outstanding experience at Top Dog. Fritz and Fiona recently completed 3week board and train .The pups and family have been completely transformed. The dogs are obedient and I am now in charge! Fritz and Fiona now know all basic commands and even more importantly the trainers taught our family the skills we needed to followup at home. The trainers are very experienced, hard working , kind and patient. (Special thank you to Jason, Ronni and Jennie as Fritz is chihuahua stubborn) We also use the other services of day school, boarding and grooming which are also excellent. The entire staff is so knowledgeable and kind . We highly recommend Top Dog as they are truly the best !

My dog is very happy going to day school and boarding at Top Dog! The staff are very welcoming and kind. The facility appears very clean and stimulating for the dogs- would recommend for sure!
