Top Dog Training and Resort

I never write reviews, but had to because these were what I read to decide on Top Dog. I’m a law student watching my parents’ French bulldog Enzo for a month while they travel, and finding a trustworthy daycare was a top priority. I researched every option within 30 minutes of me — and chose Top Dog over several closer places purely based on the reviews. Now I understand why people wrote them. The staff members are amazing, they literally know every dog by name!!! Enzo comes home happily tired, not overwhelmed. The themed activities (pool parties, picnics, ) are such a fun touch, and he’s learned to sit and stay. We wasn’t even looking for training, just the best daycare but wow what a bonus! The photo updates throughout the day on Facebook are genuinely so reassuring. If you’re a worried pet parent, being able to check in visually made a huge difference. We are so sad Top Dog isn’t in Ohio. I attached some pictures so y’all can see for yourselves how happy he was here! 11/10, couldn’t recommend Top Dog more!

I cannot recommend Topdog Training and Resort enough! My dog, Beau, recently completed their 6-week board and train program, and the transformation is unbelievable—he came back to us like a completely new dog. Jenny and her entire team are absolutely awesome, and our trainer, Jason, was incredibly on point every step of the way. What really set this experience apart was how detailed and organized everything was. The daily reports and video updates made me feel like I was right there alongside Beau for his entire training journey. Highly recommend!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Top Dog! We left our dog lady here for a ten day stay while we got married and they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable during that time frame. Most places would have been annoyed by the amount of times I checked in but no one made us feel like they were too busy to reassure and provide us with extra photos. I would recommend them to anyone! Top dog thank you again!

Our 10 month old lab/pit mix completed the 3 week board and train and it worked wonders for him! Before training leash walks were a nightmare and he chewed up just about everything he wasn’t supposed to. When we first got home I have to admit there was a learning curve for all members of the family in being consistent in continuing training properly. I am so proud to say that it’s been a month since being home and we have had multiple neighbors stop us on our walks and ask how he became so well behaved! Truly a night and day transformation for our neighborhood walks. What was once completely stress inducing has become pleasant and enjoyable. If you are struggling with a wild and out of control puppy I highly recommend giving the board and train a try! Also - Since training we have boarded him over night and he was so excited to go back to play with his friends. Walked right in and sat down like he had never left. He loves it! 10/10 recommend.
