Tip Top K9

Austen at Tip Top K9 is the best! We have been amazed at how quickly our dog learned with his guidance. Austen is approachable and his passion for training is obvious. It was also nice to see a trainer who truly loves a dog for all their quirks and personality. We have seen a drastic positive impact from what we learned. The tools they gave us have lessened the stress we had with our dog which then has led to us being able to do more enjoyable activities with him and having people over without all the worry of his behavior. We are so excited to continue training with group classes and look forward to working with Austen more. If we could give Tip Top K9 10 stars we would!

We had a great experience with Tip Top K9! Our pup, Lucy, had never been trained before when we got her. She was very reactive to other dogs and our cats. After doing 5 training sessions with Austin, she no longer barks at or tries to attack other dogs. Not only that, but she does not sprint out the door if it’s left open, she walks next to us on walks instead of pulling everywhere, and she listens to all of our commands. Our relationship with her has changed completely and is so much more enjoyable now that we are able to trust her fully and she has the structure to thrive. We would not have been able to do it without Austin! He was patient with us and even helped teach our son how to train her. If we ever get another dog again, they will be our first call!

Austin did a great job with my two dogs. Between a Doberman and doodle I have my hands full but in our sessions I was able to get them under control. We are training both to be service animals, in different environments. We are close to being able to have them be full time service animals. The dogs love going to training sessions and we always walk away with more information. The sessions were catered to our specific needs and goals. Worth every dollar!

Our newly adopted family member was having some trouble adjusting, and so were we! We contacted Tip Top K9 and went with in-person lessons. I won't kid you - it was expensive. And I would do it again in an instant. Austin came out and worked with our dog one-on-one and then members of the family joined. I was terrified of taking her on walks as she was incredibly reactive to any and all dogs. After our lessons, I now take her on walks easily and am very much looking forward to group classes. (Such a great, lifelong benefit!) My dog is not perfect and neither am I, so the added benefit of more group time is wonderful. I felt comfortable with Austin and knew he cared about my dog. I recommend Tip Top K9 wholeheartedly.
