Tip Top K9

I will admit I was a little wary of the $1 consultation but I didn't have much to lose. I have done a lot of work with my German shepherd but she just was getting so reactive to other dogs and random men that I was almost ready to stop walking her. She knew all the commands but chose when she wanted to listen. I can't tell you enough how greatful I am that I called these guys. First lesson my dog was barking her head off at one of the trainers. By the end, she was calm. We just finished our third lesson and that lesson could have been an advertisement. There is a very reactive gsd in our neighborhood that I've been terrified to walk past because of past experiences. We did that for our 3rd lesson and it went how I thought it would at first. My dog and that dog fence fighting. It wasn't long before my trainer not only had my dog walking right next to the fence without fighting but the other dog actually was walking back and forth with them. I think he trained both dogs that day and me. This is a long review but these guys know what they're doing. If you're on the fence, just remember that discipline equals freedom and if you put the work in, you and your dog are going to be so greatful.

I strongly recommend Tip Top K9 Dog Training! We had such a great experience working with Austin and saw a huge improvement in Persephone. Her biggest challenges were leash pulling and recall. She understood recall, but she was definitely selective about when she wanted to listen! She also had a bad habit of running up to people, which made walks and trips to the park difficult. Austin is an amazing trainer. After working with him, Persephone learned much better boundaries, her recall improved tremendously, and our walks became so much more enjoyable. We’re finally able to take longer walks and spend more time peacefully at the park without constantly worrying about her running off or approaching people. One of the best parts has been seeing how much Persephone enjoys her new freedom. Because her recall is so much more reliable, she gets to explore and enjoy herself while we feel confident that she’ll listen when we call her. The training made a huge difference in our everyday life with her, and we’re so grateful to Austin for all of his help.
