FirstBarkAbsolutely Wonderful place for your dog. The training is magical. My golden doodle was difficult to train. He was not motivated by food. After about four weeks of training, he came back a different dog. Obedience and recall was near perfect, and the boarding care is great.

She has been back to the ranch several times for boarding and each time she's there, the training techniques get reinforced. Toots LOVES staying there and enjoys her hikes with other dogs and playing in the creeks and generally enjoying the farm-like atmosphere Thurman's Place offers. It's a special place for dogs and we're so happy we found it. We are so thankful to Karen for her training methods that changed our dog for the better. The best place on earth for your pups! My dog won’t leave my side , yet when that van pulls up she runs and jumps into a crate! Now you need to know she is not in a crate at home so this shows you how excited she is to get back her favorite place! I have never left her anyplace else. My 2 dogs just came back from 10 + days at Thurmans Place. I am very impressed with their professionalism, individual care (1 is diabetic and 1 a 2 yr old).,updates (pics on Instagram), and love they gave my dogs. We look forward to our next stay for more training, long walks and staff love.
The entire experience and team at Thurman’s Place have been fantastic! They were very good with my German Shepherd’s training. They were highly communicative throughout the program. I would highly recommend Karen and her team!
