Negative star review for customer service. Horrible attitude I definitely do not recommend caring for your dog. Called a while back about behavior modification therapy... Spoke with someone and never heard back. Tonight, I posted in a Facebook group about looking for a sitter. Low and behold, the Facebook Page of this company responded to my post shaming me, claiming I don't value my dog because I'm not willing to pay and exorbitant amount of money. Meanwhile, I've used sitters for the past 7 years of my dog's life and have never paid the rate I mentioned was out of my range. Seems like a horrible group. How unprofessional to represent your company and diminish the hard work that probably falls on the rest of your staff when you don't have the smarts to use your personal profile instead of your business. As an owner of two small businesses, I'm embarrassed for the owner for being so incompetent. Update to the comment*** The business owner who clearly has no sense of professionalism, based on their response, proceeded to find my current and past employers on Google and leave a review about me saying they had a negative experience. It's hilarious, considering they state the exact reason they're leaving the comment is because I left a bad review on their business. So, you're basically just providing blatant evidence that you're unprofessional and have absolutely no sense of dignity. My boss called me and we laughed at how crazy this was. You're leaving bad review for nonprofits that make a direct impact in the community over getting a bad review for providing horrible customer service. Not only a bad business and bad business owner, but also a horrible human being.

The entire team at Wagging Tail have been fantastic! We found ourselves overwhelmed with our anxious and reactive rescue pup as first time dog owners. Wagging Tail has helped transform Bear by not only providing him with the lots of attention and training needed but also training us on how to add to our toolkit to help Bear work through situations and continue to grow confidence. We've had continued lessons after his training completed, including home lessons to help ensure Bear's continued progress. Bear went from not wanting to leave our house/yard to enjoying the outdoors and being his full silly self. Bear can now walk with us on a leash comfortably and can go for a walk without being anxious or reacting. Bear still LOVES going to camp and we have also used their boarding for overnight care. He enjoys all the friends that he has made (both human and dog). We don't know what we would do without Wagging Tail's dedication and would highly recommend!

I could not ask for a better place to help train my Daisy. They treat our baby like family and respect her. They also talk with us like we are part of the family and reassure us when we are uncertain. The amount of training and time they put in for both dog and owner is amazing! I could not ask for a better group of people to help us give our Great Dane/Cane Corso a set of manners and self confidence.
