Excellent communication. I was unable to attend my consultation appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. These are non refundable and not able to be rescheduled either - so make dang sure you don’t have any last minute emergencies or you’ll have to pay another $65. I was looking forward to learning some new skills with my dog, but the lack of flexibility with ample notice soured my enthusiasm. I believe dog training is also largely owner training, however, some flexibility with onboarding a new client would be nice.
