The Stellar Dog is the sole ownership of Megan Sartori. The Stellar Dog exists to offer quality care and professional dog training for pets and their owners in the greater Austin, TX area. The Stellar Dog serves the Central Texas areas of North Austin, Northwest Austin, and the cities of Cedar Park, Volente and Leander. The Stellar Dog serves the communities at Canyon Creek, Crystal Falls, The Domain, Four Points, River Place, Steiner Ranch and Brushy Creek. The Stellar Dog specializes in private training and day training for puppies and dogs of all ages. The All Star program is more comprehensive and your dog will learn several more behaviors. Your dog will be easy to control both inside and outside of your home. You also get the added bonus of email support for 4 months after we’ve finished the training sessions. This way you can feel free to contact me with any questions or issues that come up therefore ensuring the best possible outcome!
The Ultimate Foundation is, well, the ultimate! It is the most comprehensive program and the results are pretty amazing. It consists of a combination of day training sessions, where I work with your dog solo to get the training on board more quickly, plus private sessions where we work together so you know what your dog knows. Your dog will respond to cues, be a pleasure to walk, and shine as an important member of your family. You receive unlimited email and phone support for six months after we’ve finished the training sessions. That’s right, a trainer on hand to answer your questions and problem solve while your dog is perfecting its newly acquired behaviors!

Program details
Train your own Service Dog under the guidance of a knowledgeable and experienced service dog trainer. To enroll in our service dog program you must have a diagnosed disability, and a willingness to work hard with your dog to reach your goals as a team. Service dog training is not easy, but it can be incredibly rewarding. Be prepared to spend time every day working with your dog. During the Initial Consultation dogs will be evaluated for their suitability for Service Dog work and individuals will be interviewed in order to assess their needs. A Public Access Test will be performed at the conclusion of training. Limited training slots available.

We have a (now) 6 month old Golden Doodle Puppy. We began working with Megan & our puppy when he was 3 months old. We have grown SO MUCH with the many tools, training tips that she led us through. She is an extra ordinarily patient trainer - with not just the puppy, but us humans too. Megan gave us so many body language, personality, sensitivity management, environmental tricks to follow while working with our puppy, I learned so much about being a better pet parent as a result of it. Everything Megan taught us is great, but my favourites are her working with us on Meet & Greet best practices, Leash Walking, getting our puppy to stop barking @ others & allowing us all to be more calm & relaxed in the stages of his growing up! HIGHLY recommend working with Megan to train yourself & your fur babies. Finally, Megan is also very fun while she trains, making the process more friendly & less like a "Task" :) Thank you Megan for setting us & our fur baby up for success!!

I cannot say enough good things about Megan. I got my first puppy ever and was really in over my head. She has been training my dog and I for a couple of months now. Not only has my dog learned a lot, but so have I. She has given me invaluable tools that I can take with me on the rest of my journey with my pup. I'm very grateful to have met and worked with Megan!

Megan’s worked with us and our hyperactive Jack Russell terrier-mix dog. Her methods were positive towards our pooch and she gave us helpful tips throughout. She also included follow up instructions after each session. We would definitely recommend her to our friends & family.
