The Spot 4 Dogs Scenic City

Took my Shih Tzu to A Spot 4 Dogs for off leash training and Jake was awesome with him. I have a somewhat stubborn dog( indicative of his breed), and Jake was patient with him. Also, because he was a little slower in learning than most other dogs, Jake extended his training an extra week, without an extra fee. This shows the level of commitment and care this trainer has for the dogs. I absolutely would recommend A Spot 4 Dogs for your training needs

Jake's program is worth every penny! People stop and compliment us on how well-behaved our pups are everywhere we go. Before they started Jake's program, I was at my wit's end and our quality of life was suffering. My younger pup, Ollie, had extreme anxiety issues around people and unfamiliar dogs. As a result of his behavior, a dog nipped me while we were on a walk. Going on walks was too stressful, and managing when anyone came over was difficult. We were basically confined to the house. Sitting on the back deck wasn't enjoyable because they would bark at every sound! Jake's program seems like a miracle, dramatically improving our quality of life. Workers have come to the house, and my dogs stay calm, respectful, and listen to my commands. We can walk anywhere without a leash! Their excessive barking is no longer an issue; they have more self-control. Seriously, do the program. Everyone, including your other household members, neighbors, and bystanders, will be glad you did. My five-year-old German Shepard Aussie participated in Jake's day training program, and my seven-month-old standard schnauzer attended the stay-and-train program.

Absolutely life changing!!! My parents sent their stranger/dog reactive dog- Toast- to Jake's 3 week program, and it has proved to be one of the best decisions they've made. Owning a large reactive dog put an incredible amount of stress on my parents. My mother is a small woman and Toast had pulled her off her feet multiple times, leaving her terrified to walk him or take him in public. Due to Toasts reactivity and protectiveness they couldn't have anyone over at their house. Since Toast has returned he can now focus his nervous energy on following commands. The skills you taught both Toast and my parents are priceless. My mother can now manage Toast with no danger to her physical safety. Jake, there are not enough thank yous in the world to express my gratitude. The work you do is remarkable and incredibly important, you have given them back their relaxed lifestyle and they can now enjoy it with their dog. I have no doubt that the stress you have lifted off my parents has added years to their lives. They were determined not to give up on Toast, and you made it so they didn't have to.
