I worked with kiesha and Valerie for years they were great until it was time to get our paperwork for our certification. I paid 7,000 total. Including 1950 For a Cgc certification that my dog never got. As a matter of fact he never got finished his certification. They failed me and my dog. They blamed me for him not being trained properly. They constantly talked me into boarding and training more than once. Told me there was pet insurance under them 1200 which actually isn’t a thing I’ve talked to at least 6 trainers who said as long as you have your own insurance you are fine. Made me not trust people to leave him with them. Don’t trust them to train your dog. My friend had the same experience and never went through with training with her dog. I also have proof. Even when I asked for the papers for over a year I never got them and I never got the 1950 back that I paid for them either. Now we are being told from this post that he couldn’t pass the cgc from them but they still took 2,000 from me for the papers and never gave it back. In a business if I pay you to do something and you don’t return the money because you can’t. You are in the wrong. Either return the 1950 which I have proof of. Or I will be reaching out to better business bureau and anyone else. Also my ex didn’t even market at training sessions he pade attention and he will testify if need be so will a few other people. All this is B.S. you never canceled I stopped bring my dog and complained about the lack of reimbursement. As a company they had a breach of contract and deceptive business practices which is illegal. Lack of communication on their part. IM TELLING YOU NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. She even threatened me when I put up this post that has proof of you’d like to see it.

If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! Entrusting someone with your dog for an entire month is a big decision, but from the very beginning, I knew Samantha Jean was in amazing hands. During her boarding and training, she received exceptional care, and the transformation in her behavior was incredible. She came home more well-mannered, and responsive than I ever imagined. One thing that meant so much to me while Samantha Jean was away was the communication. Valerie and Keisha regularly FaceTimed me and sent videos of her training and daily progress, so I could see firsthand how well she was doing. Those updates gave me so much peace of mind and made being apart from her much easier. What truly sets them apart is their commitment to both the dogs and their owners. Once Samantha Jean’s onsite training was complete, they went above and beyond by picking me up from the airport, taking me to lunch, and spending that time doing one-on-one, face-to-face training with both of us. That hands-on instruction gave me the confidence to continue everything Samantha Jean had learned before they took us back to the airport. Even though we live far away, their support didn’t end when we left. They continue to offer follow-up training through FaceTime and Zoom, making sure we’re successful long after the initial training is over. That level of dedication and ongoing support is rare and shows how much they genuinely care about the dogs they train and the families they serve. If you’re looking for trainers who are knowledgeable, patient, caring, and truly invested in your dog’s long-term success, I cannot recommend Valerie and Keisha with The Service Dog Team Academy highly enough. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of Samantha Jean and for giving us the tools and support to help her continue to thrive. We are forever grateful!

We were very impressed with the care and training Lexi received during our time out of the country. The ladies at The Service Dog Team are very knowledgeable in what they do and have provided our family with lots of tips to help support our little one. Lexi had her first social training session at Home Depot today and loved it. She went right home and fell asleep on the couch without anything in her mouth. She is a tired and happy girl!🩷

This training has been a great experience for both my dog and me. It has helped us build confidence in public settings while teaching us how to better communicate and understand each other.
