Please post feedback carefully on Social Media to the correct parties.<br><br>I am the Business Owner and only Trainer at The Right Steps, I have never spoken with you nor have I ever set an appointment for you. I do not even offer Private Training on Saturdays. My name is not Carol.<br><br>I have been in Business for over 20+ years and in my entire career have never hung up on a potential Client or Client. I require payment in advance to book my appointments and I know where I am going before payments are billed. If someone is out of my area, I do not book appointments, I offer referrals of other potential Positive Reinforcement Trainers for the said area.<br><br>After you remove this post that was placed in error, you are welcome to contact me for Training assistance or referrals to other Positive Reinforcement Trainers who may assist you, if I am not, as I only offer Group Classes on Weekends, not Private Training.<br><br>Sorry to hear you received such bad service, but it was NOT my Business.
