I have been a 25+ Year in Northern, CA - Small Business Owner & Professional Dog Trainer Specializing in Puppies - Positive Reinforcement & Force Free Trainer offering Small Personalized Group Training Classes & Private Training. I started off as Cindy C. Smith Horse & Dog Training before The Right Steps. I became a NACSW Certified CNWI Instructor Feb. 2012 - Offering Group K9NW Classes, Private Training, and Work Shops. I am very passionate about doing what I love & helping People, Families, Pet Professionals, & their Animals understand a common language and enjoy the time they have together to the maximum potential! If you need a knowledgeable dog trainer Cindy is your person. We had few sessions in the past and we are coming back for more (Jan. 2024). She offers different classes so check her web. The sessions we had were certainly worth it! Our dog loves it and gets all excited. We drive about 40 min just to have a dog class with Cindy. She is a great resource.
As a local trainer within the industry, I always appreciate it when I encounter puppies that have been through The Right Steps program. Among all the trainers in the Sacramento Trainer Networking Group, it’s widely recognized that these puppies have a truly exceptional foundation.
