The Puppy Coach Dog Training

When I hired Paula, The Puppy Coach Puppy and Dog Training coach I was at my wits end with my high energy, too smart for her own good puppy. I've used retail puppy training in the past was not successful with it. Paula comes to the house and teaches you and your puppy the skills you need in your own in environment. She's patient and knows what she's doing. She gives homework and as long you practice the things she teaches with your puppy you will also have a better behaved puppy . My puppy is a whole new puppy and I have the confidence to guide her now myself. Best money I've ever spent.

Our rescue Lab mix puppy, Riley, came to us untrained, and with zero leash skills and terrible manners. Paula (The Puppy Coach) has been spectacular with our wild, smart and strong-willed pup. She to seems to tailor her training methods to his temperament and abilities. Her methods are gentle, but firm and positive, not militaristic as with some dog trainers. Our boy is learning quickly how to walk nicely on a leash, ignore other dogs and focus on me as his leader. He’s doing great, and I am so grateful I can actually take this 70 lb bundle of fun on long, satisfying walks for the both of us. Outside of our sessions, Paula has made herself available to answer questions, offer advice, make solid recommendations on leashes, collars, toys, daycare, etc. and even evaluated a video of my dog acting up to offer advice. She has a wealth of knowledge and provides videos and exercises as homework to work on and help bond with your dog. In addition to all that, she has such a great personality and is so funny. We enjoy our sessions as much as our dog does. Thanks Paula!

Paula is AMAZING!! My husband and I rescued our pup, Ziggy, at 3 months. We knew some basics of training but after the first month with him we were lost on how to drain his puppy energy and build a strong foundation for our relationship with him. I found Paula through google and her reviews spoke highly of her so I thought I’d reach out! We scheduled a phone call and discussed what we were looking for in a dog trainer and then we scheduled an in-home consultation where she met Ziggy. This part was free! After meeting her and seeing how she interacted with Ziggy we both moved forward and did the whole puppy training with her (5 sessions). Paula does an awesome job of tailoring each session to what the puppy needs and the goals of her clients. She is super flexible with scheduling and we found it incredibly beneficial to have the in home training sessions. Even after the first session and applying some of the homework she gave us we noticed a major difference in our Ziggy! Ziggy is a happy, confident, and obedient puppy and we are so thankful for Paula who guided us through how to build our relationship with Ziggy! We love her!
