 <br>Hi Thomas!<br>We apologize for the delay in responding. After working through the holidays, we took our first days off in about six months and are just getting back to work. We are sorry that your experience fell short of expectations. However, simply leaving a one-star review without any explanation does nothing to remedy the situation or help us grow; it merely hurts the reputation of our business, and unless that was your sole intention, we are unclear why you didn't reach out to us first if you were feeling unsatisfied. We welcome feedback, as it presents an opportunity to grow, learn, and create an even better version of SBK-9.<br>To be honest, it really hurt to come home and see your review. Especially since, after our 3+ hour-long transfer session, you and your family were nothing but incredibly happy and satisfied. However, given your actions and behaviors while working together, we should have prepared for something like this. To start, even though it was the holidays, we made a very low payment plan with you and your family. We did this because the results of an inexperienced owner and a highly driven working-line breed puppy usually end up in either rehoming, familial conflict, or someone getting hurt. So, when we have the opportunity to help a family, we take it, even if it means making certain exceptions to achieve it. When, at intake, you had $200 less than you promised, we still moved forward. You agreed to a payment plan but shorted us by at least $100 each week,while insisting money was not a problem. Yet, we continued to plug away, completely missing both Christmas and New Year’s Eve without batting an eye. When we asked you to uphold your financial agreement of having training paid in full before we brought your dog home for graduation again, you downright refused, and again, we went against protocol and brought your pup home without being paid in full.<br> All along You kept saying you wanted to see results; that was your number one concern. Yet, out of the 5 free sessions we gave you to use while your dog was in training, why did you fail to schedule a single one? Even after repeated reminders of their importance, you still couldn’t carve out a single hour of your day to work with us. We would think anyone caring about results would utilize any resources available. You also had access to a private group where we constantly posted videos and pictures of your pup in training, some of which went unwatched. We also gave you a free session for future use and sent you a 60+ page guide reviewing everything we worked on, areas to watch, suggestions and tips, and tons more. Not to mention, we told you you have free advice from us for LIFE. Contact us at any point, and we will do our best to help.<br>From the start, we told you that our goal was to teach you to be your pup's best friend in return for their devotion. This is why we gave you five free training sessions to use throughout training. We want owners to be as prepared as possible when their pup comes home. The fact that you couldn’t be bothered to schedule a single one speaks volumes about your commitment. Dogs are not robots. So to believe you can simply send one away, expecting them to come back home, act just as you want them to, and you don’t have to do any additional work or change yourself is rather outlandish. After all, any behaviors a pup has are because his owner “trained” him that way, whether on purpose or inadvertently. Meaning we need to change how we interact with our pup. This fact alone is why. We have repeatedly requested that you schedule the free training we offer. It's just as important, if not more, to teach the owner as it is to the puppy.<br>We kindly ask that you provide us with more information. Knowing why will help us solve any issues for you, as well as improve our service for you and other owners going forward.
