FirstBarkEvery time I’ve gone in I’m greeted with friendly smiles and happy dogs, they are very clean and sanitary which I also find important. This isn’t just your average doggy daycare. They are a train and play facility that offers grooming services which not many other places offer. They truly care about dogs and animals in general, I highly recommend Pawz!

How old do you have to be to volunteer?

Most of our visit volunteers are 15 or older. However, we’ve had a couple who are now employees that started at 13. It depends on your parent willing to sign off on a waiver/ the maturity of the volunteer.

Had a scheduled appointment to get bath and nails done. my information was lost my dog was dropped off and nobody had any idea what was going on. Never again!
Our dog Marty loves coming here! The staff are always nice and welcoming and tell me how great our boy is. He’s always excited to come! We will be adding our girl Lola shortly! Definitely recommend.

Five star review but I retract that statement after my second appointment... One star or no star only. Had two dogs go in for bath and nail trim. Appointment was on the 12th and I paid for one of the dogs on the 10th and the other one on the 3rd. All prepaid and tipped and ready to go... after almost double the appointment length I get the dogs back one of their nails could not be done which was no big deal I let them keep the money. they bring the dogs out and one of my dogs doesn't even have the harness on correctly he could have taken off through the parking lot. The other dog's nails have been hacked to pieces. They're all different lengths and crooked and been cut in all different directions. Then I receive an invoice as I'm driving home... Even though I've already paid. I called back to let them know I wait 2 days for the manager to call me. I never got a phone call. I wake up on Tuesday to find out that my card had been charged for that invoice I received on Saturday that I had already paid. not only did they charge my card without me authorizing.... I never got a phone call, and I already paid the invoice. I called in the morning furious they put me on hold for 10 minutes and walked away because they didn't want to deal with me. So I had to call back and talk to somebody else to get the money refunded which they did do. But come to find out they never even had a note about my phone call. Never again.
