Leah has given me the advice, guidance, and tools I need to empower my very anxious and timid dog, Donnie. His lack of confidence has made it a very tough process in regards to training, meeting new people, taking in new environments, etc. I am so happy I found Leah to help. This is her niche…working with dogs to give them the confidence to get more comfortable interacting with the outside world and become more comfortable in their own skin. She has a tremendous depth of knowledge with extensive experience in a wide range of training and behavioral situations. She teaches so much more than just sit and stay and educates owners about dogs and proper dog ownership. I am now moving to a different state, but still have the opportunity to do zoom sessions and get help via text with Leah. I am so thankful for this experience and knowledge, day training has been such a huge help and we will forever be thankful for being recommended to The Pawsitive Center for Dogs. The only thing I will regret is not having more time with Leah.

Leah is the best! Dogs absolutely love her and she truly understands and loves all dogs. Her positive, individualized approach to training has helped me with all 3 of my crazy dogs. She has trained me and my dogs on basic obedience and manners, recall, leash walking, as well as issues with reactivity, jumping, and destructive behaviors. If you are looking for a dog trainer, I highly recommend you use Leah!

Leah has been nothing short of amazing! Our 6 month old puppy has learned so much. Her Play & Train sessions with Finn are awesome and he enjoys learning with her. He is confident now in all types of situations, he listens well, he is happy and thriving. Leah has trained us to train him! She is patient with both dogs and humans alike. Her videos make following up with lessons so much easier to understand. We can’t say enough about her!

I rescued my puppy Luna in Oct of 2020. Luna had never been walked regularly on a leash. When we first got her I used to dread taking her on a walk. She would pull, zigzag try to go after other dogs. She also would jump on us and anyone that came to our house. She really needed some obedience training. I started looking at reviews online of different dog trainers and I found Leah. She is absolutely amazing! Luna LOVES Leah and that shows you Leah is amazing at what she does. She trains with positive reinforcement and has helped Luna tremendously. I would absolutely recommend Leah if you are looking for a dog trainer!!
