The Hub by Pack Animals

I’ve been a member at The Hub for about six months now, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My dog is a happy camper every time she goes—she gets so excited just pulling into the parking lot! She loves seeing the other dogs, getting treats, and soaking up all the love from Andrea and her amazing team. Andrea is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. You can tell she truly understands dogs and cares deeply about each one. We recently started one-on-one training, and it’s been going great—my pup is already showing real progress, and we’re excited to keep going. The Hub offers a fantastic variety of classes, activities, and social gatherings that make it so much fun for both dogs and their humans. Everyone there is kind, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they do. We always feel at home at The Hub, and I can’t recommend it highly enough!

We have been going to the hub since early this year. It is a truly amazing place with dedicated staff who follow modern and science backed dog training. For the membership you get so many classes included. The pack walks have helped our dog Fenrir learn to be around other dogs without being overly excited all the time. From basic training, fun classes, and to more advanced topics, there is offerings for all dog owners. Our dog loves the obstacle course classes. We love all the classes, but the most unique is probably the Canine Fitness and Mobility classes which help teach fitness routines to strengthen and prevent injury, but also teach how to look for early signs of injury or other pain issues. We are moving soon, and I am truly so sad we will not be able to come to the hub anymore. Highly recommend to those in the bay area.

I would give zero stars if I could. Terrible experience for me here at the Hub.I saw too many red flags which is why I refused to give them my business. First they charged us a $40 consultation fee for my dog. We ended up paying the fee since this location was close to home, but I’ve took him to other trainers before with free consultations. They needed vaccination forms before the consultation which they promised to call my veterinarian for but I had to remind them multiple times to confirm the paperwork. I was confused because they were quick to grab our money for the consultation but late to call the vet! Now during the consultation, the lady is asking the same questions off her iPad that I already answered online through the questionnaire link. She couldn’t clearly explain my dogs behavior issues and didn’t give us a plan to improve his social skills. Don’t waste your time and money here!

I’ve had such a positive experience with the Hub and working with Andrea. Our pup loves her and has responded so well and so swiftly to our training sessions. We needed to work on a specific issue to be ready to get back into group classes. We made so much progress so quickly and have been able to go back into group classes with improved dog neutrality and focus. Andrea talks about working with both ends of the leash. It took a while for me to understand how much of the exercises we were doing helped me remain calm and relaxed; I am better able to adjust on the fly now and reassure my anxious pup. Our girl LOVES going here and the improvements go far beyond training in the traditional, “obedience” sense. We’ve learned to better communicate with each other and negotiate tricky situations together. We are all massive fans. Our pup has gained skills and confidence. She always liked training but she loves classes at The Hub. Pack animals for life. ❤️❤️❤️

Let me start by saying Andrea has made me a believer! Tbh, I came in a skeptic about being able to train Topo, my 3yr old German Shepherd, Pit Bull, Belgian Malinois mix, in such a setting. That was in October '24. Now I've been a happy client, with an even happier dog, for the past 5 months. Andrea has given my wife and I the tools and confidence needed to support Topo. Now, Topo (and us) better understands what to do in certain situations, is waaaaay better around other dogs, and is more healthier. With so many group classes to choose from, and the ability to have individual coaching, there is so much The Hub offers. You will not be disappointed.
