We are a purposefully small, family oriented training facility with a country setting and atmosphere. Our intake numbers are limited to allow our focus and resources to revolve around the quality of training our canine clients recieve as opposed to the quantity of the canines in training. Will was absolutely AMAZING! I took my dog to a trainer in Florida, and it was definitely not tailored to him when my fiancé found Will, we drove up to Kentucky to take my dog to see him and after two months, Hondo Is a brand new dog! We wanted him to be our duck hunting dog and he is doing fantastic. We are super excited about taking him back when the water warms up for water retrieving training. I highly recommend Will. 🤗

Will took my dog on a very tight timeframe to help her prepare for her Natural Ability test. I’m very pleased with what he accomplished with her in a short period of time. I picked her up happy, healthy, and fired up to do her job. She’s home for a short visit now, but she’ll be heading back to The Grove for finishing!

The Grove is a must for dog training, I highly recommend taking your dog here. You owe it to yourself and your dog to invest in this training program. I picked up a completely different dog than the one I dropped off, it’s amazing how much of a difference Will has made in my dog. Thank you Will for such an awesome job, The Grove is the best!!!

I brought two dogs (Spinone Italiano and a German Shorthair Pointer) to Will looking for some gun dog training. After only one week he had truly evaluated the dogs (their personalities and what motivates them). He was very honest with me about the prospect of them being working gun dogs was not very likely. His communication regarding this was great and we immediately switched the goals to obedience training. His communication, honesty, competence and passion for training dogs are all top notch. He even gave them a bath the day we picked them up! I would not hesitate to take any future dogs to Will. I look forward to working with him again. Thanks Will!

We signed our puppy, Theo up for the Off Leash Obedience one month training.
Will has been very responsive and accommodating during this experience. Will sent weekly videos of our Theo making progress, and the progress was amazing! We loved how kind and consistent Will was with our boy.
Theo is a 6 month old Bernadoodle. Prior to training, he was a wild 35 pound puppy who jumped on everyone every chance he got! We just picked Theo up today. He has not even attempted to jump on anyone.
Will taught him (and us) so many skills to help improve Theo’s quality of life and allow him to be a more active part of the family. We thank you Will for your hard work and dedication! It is very clear to see Will loves his job!
