Jennifer from Grateful Dog is INCREDIBLE!! My wife and I had a 3 week trip to Japan planned before we got matched with a litter with a send home date of a week before that trip started. Jennifer was graciously willing to take our pup for an additional week which really helped. For first time puppy owners, setting yourself (and your dog) up for success with transition training is a MUST. When we arrived home with her puppy, she was mostly potty trained, crate trained, knew how to sit, lie down, touch, and her name. Jennifer also guided us through what to focus on in the weeks following and that really simplified the puppy training process for his. She was even kind enough to hop on a phone call with us the day after we brought our puppy home to answer questions and ease any concerns we had with transitioning her into a new environment. You won't regret trusting your puppy with Grateful Dog!
