FirstBarkKrissy did a phenomenal job training our dog, Bandit. He needed a refresher course with his leash walking and command following. She helped him gain more confidence, which helps him when walking past other dogs when they are barking.

Before training, it was a challenge to take them out in public without feeling overwhelmed or embarrassed by their behavior. Now, they listen so well at home and in new environments — it’s like we have brand new dogs! The trainers, Krissy and Megan, were professional, communicative, and clearly passionate about what they do. They gave us the tools and confidence to maintain the training at home, and we’ve already seen lasting results. If you're looking for a trustworthy and effective dog trainer in the Upstate, I can’t recommend The Dog Wizard enough. Roger and Oakley are happier, calmer, and so much more enjoyable to be around. I have older dogs, 7 and 8, who needed help with high energy, anxiousness, and just walking calmly. The fam doubted they would learn because of their age/temperaments, but not only did they learn well but very quickly too. Megan was very helpful in guiding Walter, Luna, and myself :)
