We’re the Dog Wizard team in Cincinnati, and we help dog owners achieve calm, reliable behavior through clear structure and hands-on training. We work with puppies and adult dogs struggling with leash pulling, reactivity, anxiety, aggression, and impulse control. Many families choose our board-and-train jumpstart programs for intensive progress, then continue with private lessons, puppy programs, off-leash training, and free lifetime group classes. We also support graduates with daycare and boarding options that reinforce good habits. Clients often tell us the biggest change is confidence, finally understanding how to communicate with their dog in real-world settings like home, walks, and public places.

Before working with David, Winnie was unbearably challenging for us and put so much strain on our household. Since working with David, it’s like we have a whole new dog!! She is so well behaved but still has her fun, spunky, mischievous personality that we love so much!! She also stopped terrorizing our cat, Sassy, who very much appreciates David’s help for that; now they’re just two best buds! 🥹🩵 Thank you so much to David!! Winnie loves you and we can’t wait to start swim lessons soon!! ☺️ (Winnie also got to work with Kayla for a day and we love her as well!!)

Having a puppy can be overwhelming, and these classes were such a safe and fun place to learn with other puppy parents. Our pup seemed to love these classes, get great socialization, skills, and mental/physical exercise from the classes. Rachel has provided so many helpful tips that we use frequently and wouldn’t have known otherwise! Classes were affordable, and the perfect amount of time & sessions. Completed the “Baby puppy classes” and just signed up for the next set of “Teen puppy”.

Not only does she take on the hard part of repeatedly training the dog, but she then helps train you to make the results have a lasting impact in your home. Being down to earth, realistic in challenges life brings, and not sharing any judgment has been a breath of fresh air! Highly recommend😀
David was our trainer for our girl Callie, & he did an AMAZING job with our golden.. you can tell he put in the time & effort to train her while keeping us updated constantly with videos. Explained everything so well for us to understand. 10/10 recommend if we’d ever get another dog we’d come here again & request David!
