The Dog Thinks What? LLC

We highly recommend Carrie and her dog training services. We have a large breed (lab-great dane mix) rescue dog that was having extreme behavioral issues when we walked him outside and other dogs were around. In addition, we were having challenges with him following household rules we were trying to implement. After completing Carrie's board and train program he has completely changed his behavior and is a joy to take outside with other dogs around. In addition, he has greatly improved on his other behavior issues. Carrie did an excellent job of outlining our dog's training, including the reasons behind her specific training methods and the changes we needed to make as pet owners to ensure his improved behavior continues. Her communication was open and consistent and she was very responsive to all our questions. As stated, we highly recommend her and will use her in the future if we have other dogs that are in need of training.

Carrie did a great job working with our 6 month old Airedale puppy. We opted for the board and train program, which was well worth the investment. Carrie worked with our puppy to teach him the skills he needed to follow commands and behave appropriately. Carrie would send daily texts and videos to let us know what she was working on each day and to show us the progress our puppy was making. Carrie was able to transform our bossy puppy who would once jump on people when greeted, chew on his leash when he was being walked and not listen, to a puppy who will calmly walk beside me when he is on his leash and follow commands. Carrie also worked with my husband and myself to teach us the skills we need to work with our puppy. She gave us a good foundation for us to build on.

Carrie is absolutely amazing! Carrie came to our home for a in home consultation and recommended a boarding/training program for my dog. She took our dog Macy, into her own home, for a two week program. At the end of the two weeks Carrie felt as if my dog needed a little more time, so she kept her for training for a extra week. Carrie sent me a text and video update every single day that she had my dog. For someone who treats their dog as their child, this was huge! The difference we see in our dog now that she is back home is absolutely AMAZING. The results are so far above and beyond anything we ever expected. When our dog left for training she barked at anything and everything, we could not take her for walks because she pulled on the leash so hard and she just did everything in her power to not listen to us. We are now able to take our girl for walks, take her outside to play and actually have her listen to us, and even tell her when it is time to lay down and relax. Carrie completely changed the relationship we had with our dog and made having a dog completely enjoyable again! If you are looking for training or your dog I would 10/10 recommend Carrie!

i never dreamed that a human could do as much with a high-energy dachshund puppy that Carrie has exhibited with my Andy. i think that much of this is due to Carrie's calm and peaceful demeanor. i felt at ease with Carrie immediately...make the dog dad feel at ease is key...success!...there was never a moment that she was not in control of my pup...even before she crossed the threshold of my front door. i was already smitten with my dog but Carrie has deepened that connection. now, if Carrie can convince me that i can achieve potty training...check back...we will see how that goes, LOL
