Fantastic first lesson! Easy to find, parking was simple. Instructor was patient with my dog. There were lots of gates in place to manage dogs arriving and leaving. We'll definitely be back. NOTE: Potty your dog on the left side of the building, where the signs indicate.
We booked a 25-minute private lesson, and while the instructor had a good attitude, she didn't provide any instructions. We booked a 25-minute private lesson, and while the instructor had a good attitude, she didn't provide any instructions. It was my dog's first time swimming, and my dog was hesitant to get in the water. We stood there wasting fifteen minutes. In the end, I had to figure out a way to carry my dog into the pool. I initially thought the price was for a proper lesson, only to realize that the instructor was just throwing a ball around on the side.
The owner treated our dogs with respect, kindness, and compassion. This was such a fun half hour of pool time for us and our pups. We’ll be back to keep building their skills and confidence!
