We had scheduled a lesson as our dogs had never swam in a pool before. They loved the water and went into the pool right away. But with no support from the trainer in being able to find the ramp to exit, they both panicked. After what seemed like an eternity they finally were able to exit the pool. After that, both refused to go back in, visibly shaking. We were very disappointed with the lack of communication and instruction from the trainer. What we hoped would be a fun experience turned out to be very upsetting.

We had our first swim at the dog tank today and it was awesome. Gina was great with our dogs and cheered them on the whole time. We can’t wait for our next visit.

Love it! Not sure what the point of all the unhelpful trainers are but despite them my elderly dog can get in a good swim workout with me there. We are grateful for the space. Thank you!

We did our first lesson today and it was great. The trainer Sarah was so good with my dog! My dog LOVED it!
