I can’t thank Tom enough for all of his hard work with my pup. He was a rescue — a bit on the wild side, had food aggression, and was tough to walk. Tom wasn’t just professional; he took his job personally and treated my dog like his own. Starky has done a complete 180 thanks to Tom’s dedication, patience, and expertise. It was nerve-racking trying to find someone who would not only train Starky but truly care for him. I can’t recommend Tom highly enough! From the very first session, it was clear that he has a genuine passion for dogs and an incredible understanding of their behavior. He took the time to get to know my dog, Luna, and tailored each training session to fit her personality and needs. Tom’s approach is patient, positive, and effective — no harsh methods, just encouragement and clear communication. Within a few weeks, Luna went from a leash-pulling, easily distracted pup to a calm, well-mannered companion. What really sets Tom apart is how much he cares. He doesn’t just train dogs; he teaches owners too. His tips on consistency, tone, and timing made all the difference in reinforcing good behavior at home. If you’re looking for a trainer who’s professional, knowledgeable, and truly loves what he does, Tom is the one to call. My only regret is not finding him sooner!

If you’re looking for someone to actually train your dog, this is not the right person. The focus here is more on training the owner than the dog. I was mostly told that I needed to walk my dog more and make changes myself, but my dog is still very reactive and hasn’t shown much improvement. I walk my dog 7-10 miles a day and she’s still energetic, so walking is not answer. I walked away feeling like I was the one being trained while my dog didn’t really benefit. Honestly, I wish I had saved my money and gone with a trainer who would directly work with and train my dog. Honestly not sure why there are so many positive reviews. I wish I read my own review before hiring Tom. He’s nice and maybe he’s right if you’re personally looking for training but I didn’t spend thousands of dollars so I would get trained. Now I still need dog training….. read the the reviews, everyone says “I” over and over again, you’ll notice the pattern that this is human training not dog training. I missed that since I was new to finding a training and this was the second dog trainer I hired. The first training was 101 puppy training where my puppy learned all the basics. Also, I got the dog leash he recommended and purchased it directly from him. My 20 lb dog will pull so hard and choke herself because there’s nothing to stop the leash from getting tighter and tighter as the dog pulls. I still try to walk my dog on the leash but she ends up choking herself over and over again. I don’t really trust the leash and it makes me extremely nervous. I also messaged Tom to let him know that I didn’t see much improvement but he never responded to my texts after he got his money. Dog: cockapoo Age at training: 8 months Current age: 1 year 2 months Update as of 10/1/25: After posting this review, I received multiple texts from Tom asking me to change my review online. He offered to come by and help but then failed to actually show up and never actually cared about helping my dog. He just wanted me to change my review. I guess that’s why there are only good reviews on here. I sent him a text and he never responded until I wrote a review. Again, my dog is still reactive and has the same issues that I went to him for. If you want to someone to sit on the couch and talk to you about the dog instead of training, then you can hire Tom….

From the very beginning, Tom was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly cares deeply about his dogs. He kept me updated with pictures and information throughout the process, and he made sure my pup came home healthy, socialized, and ready to be part of the family. My Staffy Pitbull is everything I could have hoped for—loyal, smart, affectionate, and full of personality. He’s great with people, gentle with kids, and has that perfect balance of energy and calm. You can really see the quality of Tom’s breeding program in how well-rounded and confident my dog is. If you’re looking for a breeder who puts the health, temperament, and happiness of his dogs first, I highly recommend Tom. This has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had, and I couldn’t be happier with my amazing dog.
