Before even meeting us, he spent time on the phone gathering background and confidently assured me he could resolve the issue in just one session — and he absolutely delivered. The moment he walked through the door, it was clear he knew exactly what was going on. His expertise was obvious, and the transformation in our puppy was almost immediate. After seeing how effective that first session was, I realized investing in continued training with Tom was a no-brainer. It’s been the key to creating a much calmer, stress-free home with our new pup. Highly recommend!
