We had an excellent experience with Mark. From the start of the 2-week board-and-train program in his home, it was clear that he was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping our dog succeed. Mark teaches all the basics but also tailors his training to what is important to each individual family. Two of our biggest goals were to stop our dog's leash pulling and help him become more comfortable and well-behaved in public settings, and the results exceeded our expectations. By the end of the program, our Huxley was walking calmly on leash and was able to accompany us out in public with far more confidence and focus. We also gained valuable guidance on how to maintain and reinforce the training at home. The communication throughout the process was excellent, and it was obvious how much care and attention Huxley received during his stay. We have a 9 1/2 month old English Mastiff puppy who is sweet, a little stubborn and, scared of the strangest things. With Mark’s training we went from our puppy not getting out of the car to walking her in Tractor Supply!! We couldn’t be happier with the results. Now she will be able to go on outings and long trips with us and actually have a life other than staying in the house all day.
