The Crafty Pup Dog Training

Jimmy has transformed our dog and, in the process, made our life a lot easier. Our dog did puppy training with Jimmy to learn the basics then went back when he was about 4.5 months for three weeks of boarding, training and swimming. Added benefit that he lost the rest of his baby teeth during boarding so teething is done as well. In the beginning, Jimmy spent a lot of time explaining his approach and philosophies. During training, we received regular text and video updates from Jimmy. At the end of training, we had multiple in-person sessions to watch Jimmy in action and to learn how to maintain the training / obedience once we brought him back home. Even after training is over, Jimmy continues to follow up to ask how our dog is doing and to give us advice on how to work with our dog under various scenarios. The difference in our dog (and how we work with him) is remarkable. He understands commands and wants to be good for us. I am 100% confident that Jimmy has taught our dog how to behave….now it is on us to stick with what Jimmy taught us and we will always have an obedient dog. I highly recommend Jimmy. Jimmy has a gift with dogs, and was amazing with our border collie mix, who at 6 months old was hard to control and, while adorable, wild and bitty at times. Blue was a changed dog after 3 weeks, not only fantastic to walk but much calmer, having figured out his role in the family. Jimmy’s approach is all positive affirmation; Blue obviously enjoyed the board-and-train experience and came home happier, more centered, and a joy to be around. We couldn’t recommend Jimmy more highly.
