The Classy Canine

Unfortunately my experience here was not a good one on my 2nd session as I tried to enter the building. I was told to wait she was not ready yet because the girl was talking in front of the door. I pushed my way through at 5 minutes after and was told I was late, kind of odd. On the 5th session I showed up and sat outside with two other participants until 11 minutes after start time after pounding on the door didn't do anything. The daughter was talking with someone in the parking lot. I left at this point, daughter called said class was in session. Just wanted to verify the time I left. I have not received a phone call, an apology or partial refund. Morgan is a good trainer, Classy Canine: not so classy!

I started taking my dog Opal to Heather because she was chasing after other dogs and cars. Heather was so patient with us and after working closely together, my dog hasn’t chased a car in months and is so much better being around other dogs. No more fighting to slip off her collar and chase them down! I loved training with Heather so much that I started working for her 😂 10/10 best trainer ever and I am so happy someone recommended training with her. She has helped me keep my dog happy, safe, and well behaved.

Heather was recommended to me by a former client of hers. I have two pups under 1 year, different litters, different issues. I reached out to Heather for private sessions for both. I've worked with other trainers and facilities in the past and what makes Heather and The Classy Canine so wonderful is that not only is she patient, kind and incredibly talented with dogs, she is really good at training humans too. She was so patient with us as we learned how to train our pups and the results have been far more than I expected. She was flexible with our busy summer schedule, invited us to join her community training events and was happy to address any questions or concerns that I had along the way. I love sharing our stories with Heather of how well-behaved the pups have been at family gatherings, social events and camping! I highly recommend Heather and The Classy Canine!
