The Classy Canine is definitely my go to for boarding and training! They are so good to our dog Cleo and she always loves to go! They definitely treat her like she is one of their own! We have done immersive boarding several times and are planning on doing some day training. They have worked with her on place and break, leash and crate training and socializing with other dogs. We are so excited to see all that she will learn from them!

Heather is competent and kind, and was able to explain—within just a few minutes of meeting my dog, Montana—that Montana is reactive (vs. aggressive) and that reactive behavior is normal. She knew exactly how to interact with Montana to get her to be pleasantly social, and to do so quickly. I have high anxiety about leaving Montana, but have no problem doing so knowing she's in Heather's hands.

Wilbur and I have really benefited from training with Heather. Wilbur absolutely loves her! He has mastered many skills. She gives you written instructions on what you are working on. Very helpful as I am in training too.I love that we can train in our home. I don’t have to go out at nite for a class! I highly recommend her and her approach to training!

We left our pitty, Captain, with Heather at Classy Canine for an entire week, and u cannot say enough good things about this experience. She kept us updated, but most importantly kept our good boy happy.
We typically have an adjustment period when he gets home from boarding, which is why we really wanted a more personal touch and chose Classy Canine. He has his own issues, and Heather was so willing to work with him and be supportive of those things while she had him!
Classy Canine is our #1 go to when we need to leave town!

Shortly after we adopted our rescue dog, Nina, we attended a Classy Canine open house. Nina is my first dog and if she was one of my students she would have been classified as an ACEs student (Adverse Childhood Experiences). I was in need of help to help Nina over her issues and Heather was a lifesaver! Even though we had gaps in our training with Heather, Nina was always so excited ever time we pulled into the parking lot. She absolutely adores Heather and Heather has given us valuable training and tools as our family grew over the last three years from pregnant with a new dog to three under three (toddler and twins). Nina has grown and improved so much from the dog we adopted to the dog she is today and Heather was a big part of that. We are sad to see her leave Alaska but am happy for the dogs and owners that will gain her in Tennessee.
