I reserved a spot for my dog to attend training. I got my dog from a reputable breeder in IA and provided them the breeder information, shot record WITH stickers from the shots confirming lot number and my new vet and breeders vet information. Of course, they just messaged within the 7 day window that they cannot accept her. I requested a full refund and reported them as fraud to the credit bureau. Beware going here with young dogs. They will take your money but not provide the service. I received a call from one of the owners and they explained everything to me. They have someone new that did not understand the policy for pups. The owner was VERY helpful and my pup WILL be attending. I was very much impressed with how well they treated my complaint and have changed the rating to 5 stars and rescinded all complaints. This was a miscommunication from a new staff person and in NO WAY reflects the company, the owners, or the trainers. I will write another update after the two week puppy boot camp.
We just finished a four week boot camp for our dog. Raina is such a fantastic trainer and everyone else who works there is just wonderful. Our dog has improved so much and he loved his time there. I can’t recommend the canine coach enough.
