Poor customer service im okay if things come up and there arent people to make appointments but to not even call the person to tell them u cant make it to train at a session is un called for. Better communication is always good for business
Was talking to the trainer about signing up my pup for classes weeks in advance and then when it was time to start she had overbooked the class without adding us! Poor communication!
Just finished our first 6 week puppy class at the behaviour barn. Rebecca the trainer has been truly amazing, and our puppy enjoys every minute she is there. Also love to use the doggy day care, and puppy play time. Just a wonderful, safe way to give our puppy the much needed socialization. Next class already scheduled <3
This is a great place for pooches and people. Rebecca has helped us with AKC training and even researched our rare breed to ensure our puppy got the specific instruction he needs. The Doggie Daycare offers quality, supervised socialization at a reasonable price.
