Genny & Alex are seriously a power team! They are knowledgeable, assertive in the best ways, and keep things fun! I have an extremely reactive German Shepherd pup towards people, dogs, and anything that moved - everything was a threat and you would know it. I remeber class one, we walked in and I thought she was going to lose consciousness from pulling so hard. Well fast forward 2.5 weeks and she is not only walking loose leashed-side by side other dogs FOCUSING on ME, She is placing to the point I can walk away and open doors, and throw in whatever distraction and she will stay until I recall her. We’ve recently introduced some agility and I can tell she’s going to thrive there aa well. Our lives used to be chaos and I felt like I couldn’t connect and work as a unit with her. Focusing was non existent. Working with Alex and Genny has changed our entire pack dynamic. Not only have they helped lay Ripley’s foundation they are directing me to be the pack leader that our girl needs, they have given me the tools that have honestly changed our lives for the better. I know this journey has just begun, but I cannot wait to see what an awesome relationship we are going to establish in classes in the weeks to come! Alex and Genevieve were both so amazing! I brought my 2 year old German Shepard mix to them to help tackle leash reactivity. By the first session I knew I had made the right choice and was excited to continue our sessions. By the second session I noticed huge improvement in my dogs leash reactivity when walking him at home and outside of the class. They work with you and your dogs needs extremely well all while helping you become a better, more confident handler for your furry friend! By the end of the class I felt SO much more confident in my leash handling skills and not to mention my bond grew so much stronger with my dog as well. I started with the basics 5 session class but hope to continue to make my up to the more advanced classes as time goes on. These ladies really know their stuff and truly want the best for you and your dog. Thank you ladies so much! We are forever grateful for your help!!

I usually don't leave people a negative review but I have to this time because I want people to be aware of what kind of service they provide. I had asked Alex to meet and greet with our dog due to his history of anxiety with place change. She made me feel so comfortable that they are professional trainers and know how to handle the dogs with anxiety. We dropped Oreo at their place at 6:30 pm and at 6:58 pm we received a call from them asking us to pick him back as they were not able to make him go in the crate. We picked Oreo right away. We had bought tickets for some games and had booked hotel. We had to cancel our trip and we're not able to sell the tickets back. This was a big loss for us. But the thing that hurt me most was she changes the date from 2 night to one night and charged us for one day. I was shocked how people spam these days. They had him for 30 mins but had guts to charge us for 24 hours. We spoke to Rover but their reply was the client had kept the booking for 1 day. I am so disappointed how can people sleep knowing the truth. I leave their karma to God and hoping one day they will get the fruit of it. 60$ is nothing for me it's the lying that bothers me.
