Wow!! We were so pleased with our session from Sura Dog Training. Our dog has struggled with dog reactivity, socialization and separation anxiety issues. He’s a nervous/anxious dog and is always hesitant in new situations. Ty really helped put Jameson at ease right from the start. Their gentle approach and use of positive reinforcement is key!! Jameson made significant progress in his 90 minute session and it was all done without fear, only using positivity and lots of yummy snacks! Highly recommend Sura Dog Training, they are wonderful, kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you again!

Willing to literally go the extra mile - my dog had become afraid of cars and car rides. They provided a "house call" training session despite us being outside of their usual service area. Within a half hour they had him venturing into both their vehicle and mine. Very caring and empathetic team. They left me with further instructions for encouraging my pup be willing to hop in the car. He is progressing very well towards being comfortable there now. Highly recommend.

We were considering whether to rehome him but in the end didn't want to pass off our problem on someone else, plus who knows what might happen if we didn't stand up for him.
We had good communication before our meeting, and then got tons of advice and irl demonstration of how to help us and our dog during our session. Answered bunches of questions and gave us real hope that we can conquer our fear of taking Hank anywhere he might be a problem around other dogs. It will require lots of time and work on our part, as they made very clear, but it is totally do-able. We are so grateful we found them, and say "hallelujah" for Sura Dog Training!
