STAT K9 Training

Tina was amazing and we are so incredibly grateful for her help! We have a 1 year old Yellow Lab that was out of his mind crazy and in just three weeks she was able to transform him. During his first few days he wasn’t able to play with the other trainees because he had overwhelming puppy energy and by the last few days he was outside playing and hanging out with all of the other dogs! He was able to take field trips to the playground and Home Depot to really expose him to outside distractions and build his confidence. We can’t wait to be able to include Winston in all of our fun adventures now that we have the tools to handle a dog like him :) We cannot recommend Tina and her program enough!

We decided to try Tina’s two week board and train for our 5 month old puppy. We knew we had to do something, because we couldn’t continue with the way things were going. She would eat poop and mulch when outside, cry endlessly when we put her in her crate, pull on walks so that it was nearly impossible to walk for more than 10 minutes, counter surf, and jump over the gates we had set up in the kitchen. These are all normal puppy behaviors when they get to do whatever they want, but we were struggling with how to properly and consistently correct all of these different behaviors. It was very stressful and we felt we weren’t able to enjoy living with our puppy like we wanted. We loved the videos Tina would post on social media with daily updates on the progress being made with training our puppy, and she had us come in for lessons on what we needed to do on our end. After the two weeks was up, Tina brought her to our home and gave us further instructions. She also offers a follow up session in the future if any issues should arise. I have to say the result is life changing. We realize that we have to continue to train our puppy every day, but now we can enjoy her because we have set boundaries and limitations that she understands and it will allow her to live her best life. She is like a new dog because she knows what we expect of her. Now we can enjoy our walks with her and have her outside longer because she isn’t eating everything that’s on the ground. She is so much better behaved inside, as well. We can enjoy play time with her as well as put her in place so that normal activities ,like making dinner, aren’t stressful. We realize that the training of our puppy will be a life-long process that we will be responsible for, but Tina’s training was like a reset that we needed to put us in the right direction. We would recommend Tina to anyone who wants to do a reset with their dog and learn how to be in control so that you can have many happy years living in harmony with your pup.

I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say that putting our GSP, Roxie, through Tina's formal training has been absolutely life changing. We have a young daughter and another dog, and Roxie's resource guarding, lack of impulse control, anxiety, and hyperactivity we're becoming dangerous. We consulted with Tina, agreed to a 3 week training program, and dropped Roxie off right after Christmas. She's been home one week and it's a completely different atmosphere in the house. Tina taught us how to add structure to our lives and Roxie and now she comes when we call, she stays in place, we can take her for walks, and she hasn't started a fight with our other dog at all. One of my favorite parts of this training program is that Tina provides updates through Facebook and Instagram every single day, so we got to see Roxie's progress. She also gave us so much advice, both for the dog we put through training and the one we didn't. I am so glad we put our dog through this program and highly recommend it to anyone thinking of it!

For anyone who is reluctant to consider a board and train program, I would highly recommend Tina. I was very nervous about sending my boys away to "doggie bootcamp", but my at home attempts to reset some behaviors were not working. I connected with Tina and immediately liked her no frills, common sense approach. We sent 2 of our dogs to her and, well, they can be very stubborn boys to say the least. Over the 2 weeks, she kept in daily (sometimes multiple times/day) contact with us and shared live video updates of some of the work they were doing. While 2 weeks won't completely change a dog, I can say they have come home with a great foundation. They recognize the commands she used, and our walks are now just as enjoyable for me as they are for them! No more yanking out my arm. Tina took the time to make sure we were comfortable with both the tools and training approach so that we are set up for success beyond the initial program. Knowing that she is always just a phone call away if we're having any challenges in the future definitely provides peace of mind. Would definitely recommend Tina to anyone who needs that extra muscle to reset some behaviors or just doesn't know where to start. Thank you Tina!!!

Tina is absolutely wonderful! My 10 month old Shih Tzu, Marleigh, just came home from training with Tina and she’s a different dog. My little Marleigh is very stubborn and strong willed and after numerous unsuccessful attempts at training at other places, I FINALLY found success with Tina. She was really patient with my dog and Marleigh loves her. I appreciated the daily live training updates that she does as it allowed me to see my little girl while she was gone and it helped me learn along the way. Tina is really nice, professional and very responsive when I have questions. I look forward to doing continued education with her. Her program was the best investment I could have made for my Marleigh. It’s made a huge difference in my home.
