We have been working with Melody and her team (David & Lex) for almost a year to help train our now 1 yr old Golden Retriever girl. They recently worked with her anxiety and leash training and the results have been a game changer for us. I understand why Star Obedience is recognized as THE BEST in the area. David and Lex were seriously the BEST trainers for Ruby. They are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly care about the dogs they work with, you can tell within the first 10 minutes of meeting them. Leaving your dog for training can be so nerve-wracking, I met with two other training facilities and never felt as much peace as I did after my consultation here. They immediately calmed all of my fears and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Ruby came back with so much more confidence, WAY better behavior, and honestly I feel like I learned just as much as she did! They not only trained Ruby, but also helped teach me how to be the best dog mom possible when out in public with her. I’m beyond grateful for everything they did and would recommend them to anyone looking for amazing trainers. They genuinely love what they do and love your pets like their own!!!
