Does this training service use ecollars or prong collars?
Hi Jim we use multiple tools in training including toys and treats along with gentle methods utilizing the ecollar but on very low levels that do not hurt the dog and is not used to punish the dog at all. Everything is done through motivation so the behaviors are natural and offered.

I had my newly adopted Shih tzu, Jasper, with Spot-On for a week of boarding and training. I received updates and pictures daily. When I picked up Jasper yesterday, I received almost a full hour and a half of training to go over the commands and actually do the training with Jasper. If you have questions you can always call or text. The facilities are very nice for the dogs and they have an air exchange/ filter that cleans the air in the kennels 9x a day! Heated floors in the winter, also! The price includes the training collar for the package I chose as well! I recommend Spot-On for your dog!

We had a great experience with the board and train for our puppy, Archie. We brought home a much better behaved, confident dog. The trainers spent a lot of time transferring the training to us, and we've been able to successfully continue to work with him at home. We highly recommend Mike and his team!
