Spirited Canine Boarding and Training

Short story I chose the three week program , for my six month old Doberman, which includes the ecollar training the last week (figuring more training more money better results) unfortunately the ecollar has overshadowed all the training I did!! She always sat down and after training never did she came 70% of the time before training and now never She left me with the ecollar and instructed me to repeatedly press the shock while giving the commands I don’t want to constantly use it and have been retraining Bella without it People should be warned about this training N

My dog Bennie just got home from a 3 week board and train yesterday. I am already seeing such an amazing difference in his demeanor. Before he went to "camp", he could never settle in the house and always had to be entertained or else he was biting or being destructive. He had never been able to take a nap or relax outside of his crate. Christina taught him such a strong place command that he is now able to be chill even when I am eating, walking around, doing things in the kitchen, etc! Today we were walking by another dog and he pulled a tiny bit but then kept walking without reacting. Before he would probably pull a ton, lunge or bark. Another thing that is amazing about her program is that there is 3 months of unlimited follow up, including private lessons. I wish we lived closer because then I would definetly bring him to her more frequently and take advantage of that offer!! She was really good at giving me updates and responding quickly to my frequent requests for pictures 😀. Bennie is going to go back to her in a few weeks to work on some more advanced recall and I am so excited for him to return! She is the best. Thank you!

We brought our 1+ year old rescue, Wyatt, to Christina for a 2-week board & train session and couldn't be happier with the results. Not only did Wyatt come back better behaved and with the foundations to continue his training, but Christina updated us over the course of the two weeks with numerous photos and videos. This was so nice as a paranoid puppy-parent, but also to see how much Wyatt was progressing over his time with her. At the end of the two weeks Christina walked us through what Wyatt had learned, not just telling, but having us go through the motions, showing by example, and having us do the commands ourselves. After getting back home Christina was also great at actively following-up to check on how we were doing and also answering any questions we had. She made sure we knew she was available by text or phone call or email if anything at all came up. As mentioned previously, I am a bit of a paranoid dog owner, and one of the big deciding factors for us in going with Christina and Spirited Canine was the personalized attention Wyatt received. Some of the other training programs we looked into had trainers working with large groups of dogs or Wyatt would only get a few hours of training then be placed in a crowded 'doggie daycare' for the rest of the day. To us this seemed not only unconducive to productive training, but we weren't comfortable with our new rescue puppy being in such rowdy, crowded and stressful environments. Christina's place was quiet and comfortable and Wyatt got the personalized attention he needed and we wanted for him. Again, couldn't be happier with our experience with Christina at Spirited Canine!
