I attended our first group class yesterday here. We brought our GSD puppy who we are trying to ensure ends up with a “ good citizen status “ and although our first group class was a bit of a challenge for our sweet girl I cannot speak enough on how helpful both Dee and Rusty were. Not only educating us on what we “ need “ to do but also the reasons why behind it. Dee couldn’t have been any kinder or understanding that we are all learning. Rusty’s direction was delivered to ensure you understood the psychology of your pet allowing you to feel confident in his instruction and the results spoke for themselves.We realized in a very short time that small changes in our behavior greatly affects” the outcome of our girls responses to us. Dee and Rusty seem to truly care. Each of them taking time with us and in just one visit we have made huge strides! My only regret is not coming sooner. I can’t wait to attend the private instruction and learn more from them! I hope you give this place a chance if you’re in need of training or any of the other services they offer. Rusty is my God send so that I can give Kane the best life. My heart was in shambles at the prospect of having to surrender or euthanize my aggressive GS. After spending some time at their facility, Rusty is confident that he is not a lost cause and we can fix his fears. I look forward to what is in store for us throughout this process and I will update as we progress to a more confident, loving dog again.
