I really don't know. I would give them a call. A relative is very pleased with them. We didn't have a good experience but it wasn't about training. They seem very professional at training.

The little man child that answers has ZERO respect for anyone, especially people with disabilities. My friend with Cebral Palsy called to ask about what services are available for training his new dog to be a full Service Dog, and the boy on the phone told him to "call back when he sobers up" due to his different way of speaking. I called shortly after to try to explain to him why my friend talks the way he does, and let him know how unprofessional and disrespectful he was towards my friend, at which point he was rude to me as well, telling me that he didn't need to be bothered with a call to be told that and rudely hanging up. He definitely won't be getting any business from anyone in any of our families or friend circles after this!

We have just finished our 3rd class with Dee and we could not be happier ! Dee takes time with each dog , going over the training thoroughly and making sure the desired result is correct. She is encouraging to both the dog and the human. She is friendly, fun and exactly what we want in a trainer. I don't know who is more excited for the training each week..us or our dog.

The best trainers in Florida!! Rusty, Dee and Sue have so much experience and knowledge of all aspects of dog training, health and how to help you with your specific needs.
The classes are fun, yet structured and you and your dog will learn a lot.
The trainers are great about checking in with you to see how you and your dog are progressing.
Other owners will also help you to provide suggestions and support. Some students have been coming for years and it makes it like a family who all support your journey with your dog.
I’m glad to have SWFL K9 Services for our dog and ourselves. Our black GSD feels at home here and so do we.

We have had an excellent experience doing individual training with Rusty for our seven month old Havanese female, Pearl. He works with her, yes - but he also works with us to understand how dogs think and why they behave the way they do. We really needed that because of our history with other dogs. We have seen great progress, and the result is that we can enjoy our dog more and have far less frustration than previous experiences.
Rusty will scale his training to whatever level an owner wants to achieve, from living room companion all the way to law enforcement K9. We recommend without hesitation.
