FirstBarkBeau is professional, compassionate and very knowledgeable on canine behavior. Our dog LuLu loved her lessons with Beau and we are able to apply what we learned daily at home to help LuLu with her leash aggression and reactivity. We will be taking our new dog to Beau soon! Always a pleasure! Highly recommended!!

We are an appointment only facility outside of our walk-in hours Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 3-6pm. We are a family owned and operated dog training business. We use science based methods and modern psychology principles to help companion dogs and owners learn to communicate.

Do you have puppy kindergarten classes? I have a 12 week old mini aussie.
We have a 6 week puppy class for $150. It’s very I depth and informative for the owners and each ouppy will learn many key skills including learning to relax and socialize with other puppy’s.

My 3 yr old Brittany is 90% good at coming back to me when off leash; it's that 10% that has me concerned for her safety. She won't listen to me when deciding to chase a squirrel or bird; can I train her to respond to my command at all times?
Yeah you can train her to respond and in time ignore and not even stress out due to a squirrel sighting. Meet n greets are the best thing to start with. We also have a Free Informational coming up. Monday October 7th at 6pm.

My boyfriend and I were concerned about our German Shepherds reactivity towards other dogs, she barks and pulls at the leash usually when she wants to interact and that had worried us with her being so big, and he was able to give us so much advice and helped us better understand her body language and behaviors. She has been doing so well at her sessions and we definitely see improvement at home as well! We will continue her training with him, and recommend taking your pup to him if you have any of these same issues! Very happy with Southern Oregon Dog Training:):)

Great place...highly recommend for dog training....nice facility and staff...I will be using them and see how things go....prices seem average but I have nothing in my experience to accurately compare it too....lots of training options
