We boarded our dog Dolly at Snell’s Innovative Training last week and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Sam was fantastic—very communicative, professional, and clearly great with dogs. Dolly had a wonderful time and came home happy and well cared for. Highly recommend Sam if you’re looking for someone you can trust with your pup!

Sam is amazing! I was going out of town for over a week and needed a place to bring my golden retriever. A few days prior, Sam and I coordinated a time to meet, so I could get a sense of how things operate. This also gave me time to share my dog’s quirks and anything that makes him nervous (i.e. storms). Sam walked me through his home, which was not only immaculate but had plenty of different areas for pets to hang out in. He made me feel so safe leaving my dog with him and posted photos of him playing with his new friends everyday. I was a little nervous he wouldn’t want to come home! When I picked him up, Sam had given him a bath, so he was coming home nice and clean. Thank you, Sam! You are wonderful!
We absolutely LOVE Sam!! We had him come by for in home training with our Cockapoo Hank, he was super patient and explained everything throughly, he answered all our questions and we can see a difference in Hank because of it! And Hank loves him so much that we now have a place to comfortably board him when we need to. I can’t recommend Sam enough he is truly the best at what he does!

We have worked with Sam multiple times and cannot say enough about how caring and passionate he is. Our puppy Mo absolutely adores him and has shown so much progress when we have gotten him back from working with Sam. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone who is looking to work with a top-notch trainer. On top of that he has been an incredible resource about tips, groomers, etc beyond our sessions. Overall, he’s been a gem and we are so lucky to have found him in Nashville!
