Smart Start Puppies - Dog Training

I moved to Miami about 6 months ago. Since then, Smart Start Puppies and Tony have been a great support for Tobias, not only in helping him to become a service dog, but also in helping him adapt to a new country. Tony is the best. He has taken the time to adapt the training to Spanish so my dog can understand and feel more comfortable. I've seen incredible progress in Tobías since we started this journey. I cannot wait for our first trip together and to show to my family how much Tobías has evolved thanks to Tony efforts and experience

I honestly don’t understand how they have any positive reviews! Because it’s not only my opinion but also my neighbor’s who used them and had the exact same experience. Do not waste your time or money with smart start dog training. This company is a complete disaster. The trainer Laura was repeatedly late, often a no-show, and showed zero respect for my time or commitment. All she “toughed” Me (not my puppy) was “buy a crate and keep him there and limit access to water” After weeks of this nonsense, I escalated the issue to the owner Tony who showed up once, made big promises to fix the mess, and then vanished without following through. I contacted him several times by text but no response. Their unprofessionalism and blatant disregard for their clients are appalling. They didn’t deliver on any of their promises and left my dog’s training incomplete. This company is unreliable, disrespectful, and utterly incompetent. Save yourself thousands of dollars and avoid them at all costs!
