Sent my lab to Slater Kennels for a 3 week, weekday only training session ahead of dove season opening. William was very accommodating and flexible - easy to work with. Effective training and was able to stay in tune with what my lab was learning through text/video updates. Overall, would highly recommend because of the combination you get with quality training and convenient location for Houston.

I sent my Lab to Slater Kennels for a tune-up ahead of the upcoming hunting season, and was very impressed. William was attentive from the outset, asking questions to understand exactly what I needed solved, and he communicated throughout the training with texts/videos to keep me updated. I also appreciated how he went through how to utilize the training to the fullest when we hit the field. Highly recommend!

William is a wonderful trainer! He's been working weekly with our Labrador since she was 9 weeks old for basic obedience training, and will be starting her gundog training in a few months. He's also boarded her several times. William is patient with training my dog (and me), and I definitely feel like I'm getting my money's worth for our weekly sessions. My work schedule is hectic, and he's always been very responsive and flexible with scheduling our sessions and even changing arrival times on the fly if needed.
