Sky Soldier Dog Training

We had the opportunity to have Brandon train our black lab puppy, Maverick. He saw him once a week for six weeks for an hour. It was an excellent opportunity to learn about our limitations as new dog owners and how to create a safe environment with boundaries for our first dog. Brandon helped us understand when and how to give commands, enforce corrections, and push Maverick to be a well-behaved dog. With six months of age coming around the corner, he is still a work in progress (as all puppies are), but we can say he is well-behaved, places on command, returns to us when called, and seems aware of expectations on walks. We found Sky Soldier dog training by doing a simple google search of dog trainers in the area. We needing some help training our fearful begal mix Luna and our stubborn golden retriever puppy. They each have had attempts with purely positive trainers. These were very unsuccessful. With Brandon’s style of training our dogs are receptive and are on their way to be trained puppies! Luna is also become much less fearful in all aspect of her life. The more we work with her the less afraid and stressed she becomes. Which is great for us and her, it is also something we never thought possible. From the very beginning you know what you are getting with Brandon. He is straight to the point and will tell you exactly what you need to know. When training Brandon does not only help teach the dogs he taught us how to work with our dogs. With his set of training and skill we are able to teach our dogs not only what we want but what we do not want them to do. Overall if you are looking for someone to help teach you how to train your dogs, there is no one better. He is a great guy that is running a wonderful local business.
