Sit With Rollin

Rollin is an amazing dog trainer. I was struggling with serious behavior issues from my rescue dog, especially biting due to anxiety and stress on walks. It became difficult to take her out and even harder to keep a dog walker, and she couldn’t go outside without a muzzle. After just two sessions with Rollin, it felt like I had a completely different dog. She is now so much better behaved — no biting or jumping on walks for me or for dog walkers — and she no longer needs a muzzle. I highly recommend Rollin to anyone needing support with their dog.

We started off with group classes at Urban Pet with Rollin shortly after we finished vaccinating our rescue puppy, and followed up with private lessons when we started having some behavioral challenges during adolescence. In both settings, Rollin's instructions were instrumental in helping improve our confidence as first-time dog owners, craft new exercises and games for helping our dog learn basic commands and work through 'big emotions', and learn more about common dog behavior. What really stood out about Rollin's training was how we always left sessions feeling more empowered and excited about our relationship with our dog. It was really reassuring how Rolling was able to come up with corrective activities that were still fun and engaging, as well as make minor shifts in our strategies that had massive impacts. For example, we were really struggling with our dog trying to tear up yards or eat everything in sight on walks. Commands that previously worked suddenly seemed to go out the window. Within two sessions with Rollin, we noticed a night and day difference by making small changes like using a longer leash, taking a fun toy on walks, and practicing settle at home. Our dog loves Rollin, and we're so happy that our friends recommended his group classes. I'd highly recommend!
