I'd love to schedule an appointment for training."<br><br>We have texted and called multiple times and you haven't responded. <br>We're sorry to see your one-star review, especially after we've tried to reach out and help. Especially since your first review was a 5 stars. <br><br>Behavioral challenges aren't solved overnight, and definitely need more than 3-4 months to create solid habits. It's a marathon, not a sprint. Long-term success comes from consistency over months, and it's completely normal to experience setbacks along the way. That's exactly why you chose to train with us. Our commitment doesn't end after the initial training; we're here to continue helping you work through new challenges and reinforce your dog's success, no matter how much time has passed.<br><br>We genuinely want to help, but we can only do that if you allow us the opportunity. It's difficult to say we haven't been there for you when, by your own message, you acknowledged that we hadn't done anything wrong and simply hadn't worked with your dog in a while. We have reached out and offered additional training because ongoing support is exactly what our program is designed for.
