While we understand that training is an investment, what wasn’t mentioned in your review is that your package included three full days of training, three private coaching sessions, two months of unlimited group classes, $460 in training equipment, and lifetime support—a comprehensive program designed to provide lasting results for you and your dog. At that same consultation, you shared that our pricing felt comparable to other programs you had researched and even described it as affordable. We were upfront and transparent about all costs from the start, including discussing financing options to help you find a plan that worked best for your needs. You confirmed the total amount on the card reader before making any payment and even requested to add on extra lessons to begin training sooner. After your visit, you called with a few follow-up questions, which we answered immediately, and we also sent a detailed breakdown via text for your reference. Before signing up or making any payment, you were asked to carefully review and sign our service agreement, which clearly outlines all important policies—including cancellation terms. There are no hidden fees, as the agreement addresses cancellation fees in two separate sections. We choose not to list pricing on our website because we tailor every training plan to each dog’s behavior and the owner's goals. Listing every option would be overwhelming and potentially misleading. However, we always review pricing in detail during consultations and welcome any questions before a financial commitment is made. The suggestion that there were hidden fees is simply not accurate. Our cancellation and refund policies were clearly stated and agreed to prior to payment. When you opted to cancel before training began, we followed the outlined terms exactly, including issuing a refund within the hour and offering you a $500 credit to apply toward any future training. While we regret that this experience didn’t meet your expectations, we sincerely wish you and your dog all the best moving forward.
